Sacred Heart & Christological

Pieces in honor of Our Lord. The Sacred Heart given at Paray-le-Monial to St. Margaret Mary Alacoque, pierced and burning, the love of God made visible. The Holy Name at which every knee shall bow. The Cross and the instruments of the Passion.

Each piece is painted by hand from the iconography the Church has kept for centuries, in the iron-reds and golds of gas-reduction firing. Where gold luster is used, it is fired in a third pass at a lower temperature, the way the iconographers of the East have done it for a thousand years.
